Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The return request is made within 3 days of delivery

  • The product is unused and in original packaging

  • You must provide unboxing video and photos as proof

Products returned without proof may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used products

  • Opened resin containers

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Products damaged due to misuse

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • Your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method

In some cases, we may offer replacement instead of refund.

Replacement Policy

We provide replacement if:

  • Product is damaged during shipping

  • Wrong product delivered

Replacement will be processed after verification.

Return Shipping

  • If the product is damaged or wrong, we will bear the shipping cost

  • If return is requested for any other reason, customer may need to pay shipping charges

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
